Why it exists
Sustainability reporting has a proof problem
Reports get published. Proof doesn't.
Most sustainability reports are assembled in spreadsheets and slide decks. When a bank, buyer or auditor asks “where did this number come from?”, the trail is a folder of files and someone's memory.
Evidence can't be backfilled.
The moment reporting becomes mandatory or a tender demands it, you need last year's evidence — and last year is gone. Evidence has to be captured as you go, not reconstructed under deadline.
AI answers are the new audit.
It's no longer just regulators reading your disclosures. Banks, buyers and AI systems parse them. Structured, traceable data is what separates a credible report from marketing copy.

Bills and records are extracted by AI, then approved by a named person. The model, prompt, confidence score and approver are logged on every extraction — automation with an audit trail, not a black box.

Why an agency builds software
Years of consulting on digital transformation kept surfacing the same gap: businesses were asked to report on sustainability — and increasingly on their use of AI — with numbers they couldn't trace back to evidence. Reports were published; proof wasn't.
