Tier 03/Brand Websites

Brand Website Design in Singapore

Your website is where most buyers meet you first. Too often it is the one place the brand never reached.

A brand website is a website designed and built on your brand system, so that its message, look and structure say exactly what your strategy says. It is usually the first place a buyer checks you, and the place a weak brand shows most.

We treat the website as the moment your brand becomes real. We plan the pages around the questions your buyers actually ask, write the content from your messaging hierarchy, design on your identity and design system, and build a site your team can update. It launches ready for search engines and for the AI answer engines buyers now use to shortlist suppliers.

Right fit

You might be a fit if…

  • Your website no longer matches the company you have become, and you feel it every time you send a prospect the link
  • You have a new brand strategy or identity and need a website that carries it properly
  • You are launching a product or venture and need a site that explains it clearly from the first screen

Context

Why this matters for Singapore businesses

Buyers check before they call. Whether they found you through a referral, a tender or a search, most buyers read your website before speaking to you. If the site undersells the company, you lose the conversation before it starts, and you never find out.

Search now has two audiences. Buyers still use search engines, and increasingly they also ask AI assistants to shortlist suppliers. A site with clear structure, plain answers and correct technical set-up is easier for both to read and to recommend.

A website is a brand document. When different agencies handle the strategy, the design and the build, the message thins out at every handover. Building the site on the brand system, with the same team that set the strategy, keeps it intact.

Scope

What we deliver

  1. 01

    Site structure and content plan

We plan pages around the questions your buyers ask and the order they ask them, then write the content from your messaging hierarchy so every page says one clear thing.

  2. 02

    Design on your brand system

Layouts, type, colour and components come from your identity and design system, so the site looks like your brand rather than like a template with your logo on it.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

We build a fast, accessible site your team can update, and we launch it with redirects, analytics and forms tested so nothing is lost in the move.

  4. 04

    Search and AI-search readiness

Clean page structure, plain answer-first copy, structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI answer engines can read and cite the site.

  5. 05

    Landing pages and product screens

Campaign landing pages, product pages and, where you have an app, the key screens designed on the same system, so the brand holds from the advert to the sign-in.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Plan

We agree the audience, the pages and the content each page must carry, and audit what the current site does well so nothing valuable is lost.

  2. 02

    Write and design

Content and design are developed together on your brand system, and you review real pages with real words, not placeholder text.

  3. 03

    Build

We build the site, connect the forms and analytics, and test it on phones and desktops before anyone outside the team sees it.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

We launch with redirects and search set-up in place, then walk your team through updating the site themselves.

Where you can see this work

The brief
Our own product site had to earn the trust of Singapore business owners, and the first designs were not good enough. We rejected several before settling on one direction.
The brand decision
Show the real product, not generated pictures of it, and lead with one idea: “Knowledge Made Actionable.”
What we built
The redesigned site, live on 4 August 2026, with the same design carried into all 27 logged-in pages of the product and into its branded emails.

Your guide

What should you look for in a brand website partner?

  1. 01

They ask about your positioning before your page count.

A website brief that starts with “how many pages” produces a brochure. A brief that starts with “who is this for and what must they believe” produces a site that sells.

  2. 02

    They write, not just design.

Most weak websites are weak because of the words. Ask who writes the content and what they write it from.

  3. 03

    They show real pages early.

You should review designed pages with real content well before launch, not a single homepage mock-up and a promise.

  4. 04

They plan the launch, not just the build.

Redirects from old pages, forms that reach the right inbox, analytics and search set-up decide whether a new site keeps the enquiries the old one earned.

  5. 05

    You can update it yourself.

Ask how your team will change text, add pages and publish news after launch without paying for every edit.

Getting started

How does it start?

If your strategy and identity are settled, we start with a website plan: audience, pages and content, agreed in writing. If they are not, we start with a Brand Diagnostic so the website has something solid to say.

Questions

Your questions answered

Do you only build websites for clients who did their branding with you?

No. If you already have a clear strategy and identity, we build on them. If they are unclear, we will tell you, because a website cannot fix a position that has not been decided.

What does “ready for AI search” mean?

It means the site is structured so AI answer engines can read it: plain answer-first copy, clear headings, structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file. It improves the chance of being found and cited. Nobody can guarantee a ranking or a citation, and we will not claim to.

Who writes the content?

We do, from your messaging hierarchy, with your team checking facts and approving every page. You can supply content yourself, and we will edit it to fit the brand.

Will we be able to update the site ourselves?

Yes. We hand over the site with a walk-through so your team can change text, add pages and publish updates.

What about our existing pages and search rankings?

We audit the current site first and set up redirects from old addresses to new ones, so the visibility the old site earned is carried over rather than lost.

Do you build web applications too?

When a brand needs a system behind the website, such as a customer portal or an internal tool, that is our Digital Platforms work.
