You already know the answer. Now your team does too.
Decisionlore is the AI second brain and staff training platform built, owned and operated by Freemansland Creatives Pte. Ltd.
The same team that delivers branding, digital transformation and process automation for Singapore businesses also ships its own software. Decisionlore is where that discipline goes to work on the oldest problem in a small company: the owner is the only one who knows the answer.

Why it exists
Every small company has the same single point of failure
The owner is the bottleneck.
In a small company, the fastest way to get an answer is to interrupt the boss. So staff do, all day, with questions the owner has already answered a hundred times. The business runs at the speed of one person's availability.
The knowledge is in two useless places.
Half of it lives in the owner's head, where nobody else can reach it. The other half lives in documents nobody reads. Neither one answers a question at the moment someone actually has it.
Training and proof are separate chores.
Getting a new hire productive means repeating the same explanations. Then a client, auditor or government body asks whether your people are trained, and that becomes a second, unrelated scramble.
Ownership
Decisionlore is a product brand of Freemansland Creatives Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered consultancy in branding, marketing and technology.
One entity, two faces: consulting services under Freemansland Creatives, and productised software under the Decisionlore and VerityOS brands.
What Decisionlore does
Ask the brain
Staff ask a plain question, like what our payment terms are, and get the company's own answer back with a citation pointing at the source document. Not a guess from the public internet: your answer, and where it came from.
Boss voice
The owner teaches the system their judgement through decision rules, worked examples and official answers to common questions. That is what makes it sound like your company rather than a generic chatbot.
Your real documents, not templates
You upload what you already have: SOPs, staff handbooks, policies, price lists. The system indexes your actual operating knowledge, so the answers reflect how your business really works.
Courses generated from the same source
The documents that answer questions also become staff training. Decisionlore drafts a course with lessons and a quiz, the owner edits and publishes it, then assigns it to an individual or a whole department.
Certificates anyone can verify
Finishing a course issues a certificate with a public verification link that a client, auditor or government body can check without an account. It is a company-issued certificate of completion, and the page says so plainly.
A skills matrix for the owner
One view showing who is trained in what, and where the gaps are. When someone asks you to show that your team is trained, the answer is a link rather than a week of digging.
How it works
Your documents go in once. Answers and training both come out.
Upload what you already have
- → SOPs, staff handbooks, policies, price lists
- → Your real documents, not generic templates
- → Indexed into a question-answering assistant
Teach it your judgement
- → Decision rules and worked examples from the owner
- → Official answers to the questions that keep recurring
- → Every answer cites the document behind it
Turn it into training
- → Lessons and a quiz drafted from the same documents
- → Owner edits, publishes, and assigns to staff or a department
- → Completion issues a certificate, and fills the skills matrix
Who it's for
For owners
Stop answering the same question for the hundredth time
The questions that interrupt you all day are, almost always, questions you have answered before. Decisionlore captures those answers once, in your voice and your judgement, so your team can get them without going through you.
- ✓ Your knowledge stops being a single point of failure
- ✓ New hires get productive without shadowing you
- ✓ One view of who on your team is trained in what
For professional services firms
Show that your people are trained, when someone asks
Consulting, accounting, law and recruitment firms get asked to evidence competence by clients, auditors and government bodies. Decisionlore turns your existing internal material into structured courses and certificates with a public verification link.
- ✓ Courses structured to Singapore's Skills Framework competencies
- ✓ Public certificate verification, no account required
- ✓ Company-issued certificates of completion, described honestly
Said plainly
A Decisionlore certificate is a company-issued certificate of completion. It is not an accredited or nationally recognised qualification.
Courses are structured to Singapore's Skills Framework, using TSC and CCS competencies, so your internal training lines up with a national standard. What your staff earn is still your company's certificate, issued by you. We say so on the certificate, on this page, and in the product, because a credential nobody can trust is worth less than no credential at all.
Why an agency builds software
Years of consulting on digital transformation kept surfacing the same scene: a capable business where every real decision still had to pass through the owner. The know-how existed. It just wasn't reachable by anyone else, and writing more documents never fixed it, because documents do not answer questions at the moment someone has one.
So we built the platform we wished our clients had: one where a company's own documents and the owner's own judgement become something the whole team can ask, and something new staff can be trained on. That product is Decisionlore.
Your questions answered
Who owns Decisionlore?
Decisionlore is a product brand owned and operated by Freemansland Creatives Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered branding, marketing and technology consultancy. It is not a separate company: the platform is built and run by the Freemansland Creatives team.
What is Decisionlore?
Decisionlore is an AI second brain and staff training platform for Singapore SMEs. A business uploads its own documents, SOPs, handbooks, policies and price lists. Staff can then ask questions and get the company's own answer with a citation pointing at the source document, and the same documents become structured training courses.
Is a Decisionlore certificate an accredited qualification?
No. A Decisionlore certificate is a company-issued certificate of completion. Courses are structured to Singapore's Skills Framework, using TSC and CCS competencies, so your internal training lines up with a national standard, but the certificate is issued by your company and is not an accredited or nationally recognised qualification. We are deliberate about this: overstating what a certificate is would undermine the thing that makes it useful.
How is this different from a generic AI chatbot?
A generic assistant answers from the public internet. Decisionlore answers from your documents, and cites which document it used. On top of that, the owner teaches it their own judgement through decision rules, worked examples and official answers, so it responds the way that company would rather than in a generic voice.
Do staff need an account to verify a certificate?
No. Every issued certificate has a public verification link that a client, auditor or government body can check without creating an account or logging in. Owners also get a skills matrix showing who has been trained in what.
Who is Decisionlore for?
Singapore SME owners with roughly 10 to 100 staff, particularly professional services firms in consulting, accounting, law and recruitment. They typically adopt it to stop being interrupted with questions they have already answered, to get new staff productive faster, and to show that their people are trained when someone asks.
